363ph Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction and Acceptance

363ph is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms govern all access to and use of the 363ph website, mobile interface, game products, promotional offers, payment systems, and customer support services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the 363ph registration process, accessing the 363ph login portal, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise using any portion of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

363ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The use of 363ph's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in compliance with Republic Act No. 9287 and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an account with 363ph, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 363ph reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in contravention of this requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

363ph's services are directed at players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating. 363ph makes no representations regarding the legality of its services outside the Philippines and shall bear no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on 363ph, you must register a single, personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your own name;

• Your date of birth; and

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 363ph account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of all bonus balances. 3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 363ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Never allow any other person to access or use your 363ph account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify 363ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account; and
• Select a strong, unique password and update it regularly.

363ph will never ask for your password through any channel, including customer support chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from 363ph that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately. 363ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

363ph supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 363ph does not accept cryptocurrency payments or international wire transfers from personal accounts not registered in the player's name.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit at 363ph is ₱500 per transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from an account owned by a person other than the registered 363ph account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review. 363ph reserves the right to return third-party deposits and request documentation establishing the source of funds before crediting any deposit to your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 363ph account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the withdrawal account. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 1–24 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days. 363ph reserves the right to extend processing times when additional verification is required for compliance purposes.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All account balances, wagers, bonus amounts, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso. 363ph does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 363ph bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

363ph offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and tournament prizes (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer:

• Promotions are available exclusively to registered 363ph players who have completed identity verification;
• Each eligible player may claim each Promotion once, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash — specific wagering multiples will be stated in each individual Promotion's terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the Promotion terms; failure to complete wagering within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance;
• Games may contribute at different rates toward the completion of wagering requirements; the applicable contribution rates will be disclosed in each Promotion's terms;
• 363ph reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or related winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, account abuse, or in violation of these Terms; and
• 363ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who are found to be exploiting Promotions — including through arbitrage, systematic wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

363ph offers a library of games provided by certified third-party software providers, including but not limited to live casino games, slots, table games, and instant-win products. All random number generator (RNG) games on the 363ph platform use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited and verified for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In respect of live dealer games, the rules governing each game type — including dealing procedures, bet acceptance windows, payout structures, and dispute resolution protocols for interrupted rounds — are governed by the applicable game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on the part of 363ph's platform (as opposed to a player's device or internet connection), the hand or round will be resolved in accordance with PAGCOR-approved technical failure procedures.

By participating in any game on 363ph, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling outcomes are inherently unpredictable and subject to chance;
• Past results do not predict future outcomes;
• You play at your own risk and exercise your own judgment in respect of all wagers placed; and

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 363ph platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and potential reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Accessing 363ph using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to mask your true geographic location;
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations;
• Colluding with other players or third parties in any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using software exploits, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to manipulate game outcomes or account balances;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions or claim multiple bonuses;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 363ph staff, game dealers, or other players in any communication channel; and
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary code or data from the 363ph platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 363ph platform — including but not limited to the 363ph name, logo, brand identity, website design, game graphics, software, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 363ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 363ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, modify, or distribute any content from the 363ph platform without the express prior written consent of 363ph.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 363ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 363ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

363ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if 363ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

363ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors or interruptions, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. 363ph will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally practicable.

10 Responsible Gaming

363ph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust in your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Configurable caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts and automatic logout after a player-defined session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for 30, 90, or 365 days, during which login is disabled and all marketing is suppressed; and
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications summarizing the duration and net result of your current session.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

363ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual;
• A player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program;
• A legal or regulatory order requiring us to do so; or
• Any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account presents a risk to the security, integrity, or regulatory compliance of the 363ph platform.

Upon termination of an account for a cause not attributable to the player, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any required verification steps. Bonus balances are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

12 Disputes and Governing Law

12.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

If you have a dispute relating to any transaction, game outcome, bonus, or account matter, you must first contact 363ph customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. 363ph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 363ph's internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using the formal complaint procedures published on PAGCOR's official channels.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out above shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines, to which both parties hereby irrevocably submit.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
